Development Plan

Strawberry Hollow is a 37.76 acre development bordered on the west by the Tonto National Forest, and located off Highway 87 between the quaint towns of Strawberry and Pine, Arizona. With 72 total home sites, lots range from 1/4 to over 1/2 acre in size. Architectural guidelines have been set to enhance the overall appearance of Strawberry Hollow and to assist in protecting the integrity and beauty of this community.
Improvements include paved roads, central propane and underground utilities (electricity, gas and telephone). The central water system includes a 1,000 gallon per minute fire protection system. The state-of-the-art central wastewater treatment facility is low maintenance and is environmentally the best technology available.
Roads are built to Gila County specifications. The safety and maintenance of the roads are managed by our own county improvement district which is controlled by the Strawberry Hollow property owners.
