| The following 3 items MUST be at job site for inspection
approval. |
- Plans approved and stamped by SHWID.
- Receipt showing plans approved by SHWID (for Gila County submittal).
- An open trench showing that the sewer construction was done
according to U.P.C.
- Cleanouts to be no more than 50' intervals.
- A "TEE" at sewer tap should be installed for static
water test

| A minimum of 24 hours notice may be required. However, most inspections
will typically be done within 24 hours after calling. |
| A single construction inspection is included in the fee. If additional
inspections are required due to contractor or owner, additional fees
may be charged. |
